VXLabs is seeking an HR Generalist to establish a solid foundation for personnel management payroll and employee relations functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow alongside the company and advance your career as part of our dynamic team.
Employee Relations Specialists:
Investigating workplace complaints or grievances.
Conducting surveys to assess engagement levels.
Organizing teambuilding activities and recognition events.
Ensuring employees understand workplace rules and guidelines.
Supporting diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Acting as a liaison between management and employees.
Providing employees with updates on company policies or changes.
Tracking exit interview feedback and reporting.
Personnel and Payroll
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsible for administering payroll system
Administer employee records and maintain HR databases.
Manage employee benefits programs (Social Medical Life insurance) and handle open enrollment.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Human Resources or related area
2 years of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Fluent business English is a must.

Requirements 5+ years of backend development experience. Minimum 3 years of experience building backend services in Node.js. Experience with RESTful API design and development, including versioning and documentation. Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, with a focus on query performance optimization. Background in data technologies and frameworks suitable for large-scale processing. Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS cloud services and others. Experience building secure APIs, using token-based authentication. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of design patterns and best practices for large-scale applications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and code versioning tools. Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) practices. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Nice to Have: Prior experience in the automotive industry or working with IoT platforms. Knowledge of additional backend languages (Python, Ruby) and frameworks. Experience with advanced data security practices and compliance standards.
