Demi Chef de Partie
Primarily responsible for preparing high quality guest food and maintaining kitchen sanitation as per health and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place according to the standards set by the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Execute cooking tasks for the assigned section with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen ensuring the smooth operation of the station during service.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure effective communication and coordination during service.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in food handling and kitchen practices.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of High school education or a degree in Culinary
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Oral proficiency in English language
- Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
