Financial Controller

• Leadership Oversee and control day to day accounting and mentor a Finance team.
  
• Responsibility for financial & regulatory compliance.
  
• Monthly / Weekly Payroll responsibility
  
• Forecasting/Budgeting Weekly / Monthly
  
• Financial analysis and reporting.
  
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliation.
  
• Preparation of annual accounts and liaise with auditors required.
  
• Control costs and payroll in line with budget.
  
• Create update and implement SOPs for Financial department

• Experience within construction Industry

• Knowledge of legislation and financial regulations
  
• Knowledge of economic accounting principles and practices the financial markets banking and analysis and reporting of financial data.
  
• High level competence in Microsoft Excel and other office packages
  
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  
• Strong communication
  
• Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  
• A drive and desire to succeed excel and grow with the company.
