Job Description
We are delighted to partner with an international midmarket private equity firm who are now looking to hire an Investment Associate to join their Dublin team.
The Role:
- Provide analytical and research support including financial modelling.
- Manage the due diligence process on potential transactions.
- Preparation of investment memos and recommendations for committee.
- Assist in overseeing the investment portfolio and liaising with stakeholders from portfolio companies.
Requirements
- Stellar academic track record (minimum 2:1) from a leading educational institution.
- 35 yearss in investment banking corporate finance transaction services or FDD experience.
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling capability.
- Experience in supporting and/or managing deal processes with live deal experience.
- Self starter and team player.
