Job Description
A leading independent private fundraising boutique is seeking a Vice President/Director to join its distribution team in Dublin. The firm specialises in raising capital for real estate infrastructure private equity and credit funds having raised over $40 billion across 70 vehicles globally. Known for its strategic approach and bespoke fundraising solutions the firm offers an entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for growth.
THE ROLE:
- Market credit offerings to European and Middle Eastern investors
- Arrange and attend roadshows with fund managers
- Build relationships with institutional investors and fund managers
- Develop specialist knowledge of asset classes and strategies
- Proactively source new business opportunities
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- 510 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years of referenceable capital raising experience
- Excellent written oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional qualification such as ACA CFA etc. beneficial
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities
