Screening resumes and applications, sourcing potential candidates based on the open vacancies
Maintaining a pool of candidates for any sudden shortage
Make efficient hiring to the staff, ensuring they have the required soft skills, core & technical competencies
Collect the job requests from the departments using the job request form weekly
Make attractive Job Ads, using AIDA Model
Conduct one to one, panel interview with the applicants, and arrange the interviews appointments & interviewing procedures with the department heads
Make CBI Assessment to each interviewed candidate using the CBI evaluation card
Maintaining the headcount per each department and ensuring the right staff are placed at the right time with no extra hired number or shortage
Make monthly reports to the HR Head with the recruitment activity, job requests, and status of each position, analyze the turnover ratio
Make exist interview with the resigned employees and write down the exact, and full details of their leaving reasons as possible for analysis
