Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Egypt our client is a leading company in the IT sector.

Job Title: Head of HR.

Scope:
The Head of HR is responsible for leading and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services policies and programs within the company. This senior leadership role requires strategic oversight of recruitment employee relations performance management training and development compensation and benefits and compliance with labor laws. The role is critical in fostering a positive organizational culture and ensuring that HR strategies are aligned with the business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team offering insights and HR solutions that support business growth.
    • Lead organizational development change management and succession planning to foster a strong company culture.

  • Talent Acquisition and Retention:

    • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization is hiring the best talent.
    • Develop strategies for talent retention ensuring high employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Manage workforce planning to align staffing with company goals.

  • Employee Relations and Performance Management:

    • Design and implement employee performance appraisal systems.
    • Address employee relations issues providing guidance on conflict resolution disciplinary action and grievances.
    • Promote a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

  • Compensation and Benefits:

    • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Ensure that the companys compensation policies attract retain and motivate talent.

  • Training and Development:

    • Develop learning and development strategies to enhance employee ss and career development.
    • Implement leadership development programs for highpotential employees.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR policies and procedures.
    • Oversee employee safety welfare wellness and health initiatives.
    • Manage and mitigate HRrelated risks in the organization.

  • HR Metrics and Reporting:

    • Develop and yze HR metrics and reports to support business decisions.
    • Use data to improve HR processes and present findings to executive leadership.

  • HR Team Leadership:

    • Lead mentor and manage the HR team ensuring that HR services are delivered efficiently.
    • Foster a culture of teamwork continuous improvement and operational excellence within the HR department.

    • Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Masters preferred).
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR in Software IT or Business Consulting.
    • Proven experience in strategic HR planning talent management and change management.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
    • Excellent leadership communication and decisionmaking ss.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with crossfunctional teams.
