- Design and strategize Human Resources (HR) across various aspects to align with company direction and needs such as organizational structure and compensation.
- Develop and oversee HR processes to meet company requirements including recruitment employee relations organization development and performance evaluation.
- Monitor and enhance HR processes to adapt to organizational changes and relevant laws.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in HR management particularly in organization development and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Labor laws labor relations and other relevant regulations related to HR management including taxes and social security.
- A fast learner adaptable to diverse and constantly changing environments.
- Detailoriented in job performance.
- Proficient in various basic computer programs especially Excel.
- Excellent in English.
