- Supervise sales personnel to attain the companys sales objectives to their fullest extent.
- Oversee and synchronize the efforts of sales administration staff to align with objectives.
- Formulate sales strategies and assess marketing initiatives.
- Foster the professional growth of team members.
- Engage in meetings and adhere to policy directives.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Science or a related field.
- At least 57 years of experience in sales management with 35 years of experience in team management.
- Strong experience in managing hospital channel with solid background in dealing with KOLs.
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to travel nationwide.
