HR Manager - Dental Business

• Design and strategize Human Resources (HR) across various aspects to align with company direction and needs such as organizational structure and compensation.
• Develop and oversee HR processes to meet company requirements including recruitment employee relations organization development and performance evaluation.
• Monitor and enhance HR processes to adapt to organizational changes and relevant laws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 57 years of experience in HR management particularly in organization development and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Labor laws labor relations and other relevant regulations related to HR management including taxes and social security.
• A fast learner adaptable to diverse and constantly changing environments.
• Detailoriented in job performance.
• Proficient in various basic computer programs especially Excel.
• Excellent in English.
