• Mentor and manage the marketing team fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Oversee all marketing efforts including SEO SEM social media and influencer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field MBA is preferred.
• About 10 years of Marketing experience with minimum 5 years specifically in health & beauty industry.
• Demonstrated strong leadership communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of beauty products market trends and consumer behavior.
