Job Description :
Spearhead the commercial energy business by overseeing all aspects of marketing strategy and execution. This includes:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans: This encompasses defining the overall marketing direction positioning and branding for our products and services.
- Driving digital transformation and leveraging diverse media channels: Focus on utilizing digital marketing strategies and managing both traditional and online media outreach.
- Building strong customer relationships: This involves crafting effective communication strategies and ensuring successful campaign management.
- Optimizing marketing activities: Oversee all marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
- Facilitating collaboration: Foster crossfunctional alignment within the marketing team and with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Managing financial resources: Plan and oversee the marketing budget making datadriven decisions regarding resource allocation.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelors in marketing business administration or related field.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience with a proven achievement record. Some experiences in Sales or business development especially related to the retail/commercial business are preferable.
- Some managerial experiences with team supervision are a must.
- Demonstrate marketing knowledge and business acumen with the ability to enable sales through marketing.
- Ability to partner and align with stakeholders on the marketing strategy and to inspire the organization and team for the strategy execution.
- Ability to leverage digitalization any media channels and viral marketing to deliver a strong return on investment based on the marketing initiatives.
- Ability to lead the marketing team and vendors for profitable outcomes.
- Ability to create meaningful crossfunctional relationships and to serve as an experience leader supporting overall business strategy.
- Growth mindset with a positive attitude toward a fastpaced and competitive environment.
- Proficient communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
- Good negotiation problemsolving and planning skills.
