Type of hiring: 2 years contract
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the project budget cost estimates and schedule.
- Participate in weekly progress meetings to monitor and report on project status.
- Coordinate design and procurement processes to ensure timely deliverables across all stages from design through construction and handover.
- Track the planning and progress of functional groups to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Collaborate with each function to guarantee ontime delivery of project deliverables.
- Assist the Project Manager with risk assessments and lessons learned reviews.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication among all parties; act as Project Manager when necessary and assist with approvals.
- Engage with client representatives as needed to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
- Promote and reinforce safe behaviors within the team.
- Motivate and inspire teams and individuals to achieve project goals.
- Support and advocate for changes aimed at improving processes and outcomes.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and make decisions to expedite work when necessary.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to the Project Manager and functional groups.
- Identify interface issues establish a framework for resolution and maintain the interface register.
- Review and approve documentation and deliverables from functional groups.
- Chair projectrelated meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
- Review project plans to confirm activities are welldefined sequenced and resourced.
- Assess cost and schedule reports to monitor project progress.
- Offer solutions when encountering problems or conflicts.
- Provide onthejob training and mentoring to team members.
- Participate in recruitment efforts for the project team.
- Verify that key construction activities are completed to the required standards.
- Coordinate with Construction Engineering/Production Managers to ensure proper procedures are followed onsite.
- Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes and execution efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in project management with at least 2 years in interface management.
- Experience in EPC of offshore wellhead platforms offshore modules or other facilities in the oil & gas and/or energy sectors.
- Knowledge of project management processes.
- Strong communication listening and interpersonal skills.
- Firm commitment and sense of accountability.
- Resultoriented with developing leadership behaviors.
- Proficient in Thai and English.
