Main Responsibilities

• Lead inspire and coach a team of BD Managers to achieve their individual and team goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partnerships and develop existing ones.
• Set clear and measurable KPIs for the team and regularly monitor progress.
• Analyze partners data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Cultivate strong relationships with partners to maximize their potential.
• Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in Trading Currency Derivates or other related industries
• Excellent command of the Thai language and fluency in English
• Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to lead manage and motivate a diverse team of Business Development professionals.
• Great communication and writing skills as well as attention to detail
• Good customer service skills and confident phone conversation abilities.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel
• A good understanding of financial markets and preferably foreign exchange markets
• Strong negotiation and pitching skills and great listening skills
• Problemsolving with a positive cando approach
