As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the successful management and profitability of all kitchen and culinary departments in the hotel, including restaurants, in-room dining and banquet operations.
You will lead, develop and inspire the kitchen team to consistently provide exceptional food and to maintain the highest standards of health, safety and hygiene. You will partner with the DOFB & Culinary teams to develop attractive F&B concepts, menus, promotions and services, in line with brand guidelines.
