Operational:
7. Initiate contact with potential clients through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements, marketing, email campaigns, networking events.
8. Create relationships with clients to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
9. Present service details to clients once their needs are identified.
10. Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, to a sales opportunity, and arranging inperson meetings, emails, or phone calls.
11. Follow up with potential clients who expressed interest but did not purchase any services.
12. Maintain a work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
13. Develop a smooth onboarding process for new clients, outlining the steps from contract signing to service launch.
14. Seek opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services as the client's needs evolve.
People:
15. Understand our ideal clients and how they relate to our services.
16. Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing (Customer experience, customer engagement or related field).
• Additional courses in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
