- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the Business Unit.
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the Buisness Unit.
- Builds a strong business relationship with employees.
- Recruits personally the key talents and handle all recruitment requests.
- Support in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Oversees the New Employee Orientation Programs.
- Work on employee satisfaction through one on one meetings, etc.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Mass recruitment.
- Fluent English.
- Presentable.
- Flexible.
- Software experience is a plus.
