Job Description

• Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the Business Unit.
• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the Buisness Unit.
• Builds a strong business relationship with employees.
• Recruits personally the key talents and handle all recruitment requests.
• Support in handling the organization charts, Prepare and update organization structure regularly, keeping on the amendments according to organization restructures and changes.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Oversees the New Employee Orientation Programs.
• Work on employee satisfaction through one on one meetings, etc.

Job Requirements

• Experience in Mass recruitment.
• Fluent English.
• Presentable.
• Flexible.
• Software experience is a plus.
