We are seeking a skilled L1 Network Engineer to support IT networking and security projects. This role involves assisting in the design implementation and management of network solutions while ensuring security and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of network engineering troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Assist in onsite assessments of network requirements and implementation support.
- Conduct basic evaluations of existing infrastructure to help identify client needs.
Network Implementation & Configuration:
Testing & Troubleshooting:
- Conduct basic testing to validate network performance and functionality.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving network issues under supervision.
Documentation:
- Maintain records of network configurations and updates.
- Assist in preparing reports on network health and performance.
Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure implementations follow industry standards security protocols and best practices.
Project Coordination:
- Work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure timely project .
- Assist in monitoring project progress and documenting key updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Network Engineering or a related field.
- CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification is required; additional certifications (e.g. CCNP CCIE) are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network engineering.
- Experience in configuring and managing various network components and technologies.
- Proficiency in network protocols routing switching and security practices.
- Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.

Conduct project kick off, design sessions for converting the High-Level Design (HLD) to a Low Level Design (LLD) matching customer technical and business requirements in the areas of Virtualization and Hyper-converged Incentive structure will be discussed during the course of evaluation Infrastructure (HCI) Successfully implement the agreed LLD in the stipulated timeframe Create and submit documentation to secure sign off from the customer on the implemented project Acquire additional skills and certifications in similar or other technologies that are aligned to the vision of Power Bridge Design, setup and maintain the Customer Centre of Excellence (CoE) Assist Pre-Sales team (if Required) on vetting the solution to ensure all the solution components are proposed or covered to deliver the project as per the requirement of the customer Suggest Pre-Sales team in regards to designing solutions that are optimized technically and commercially Upskilling the teammates in your area of expertise to build the team Meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as computer science, information technology or engineering. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus. Minimum of 6+ years of Proven experience in the skillset mentioned. Professional certifications like VCP, MCSE, ITIL etc is a must Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
