Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of presentation designers ensuring quality and consistency across all projects.
Manage endtoend presentation design projects including scoping timelines resource allocation and stakeholder communication.
Develop creative engaging and visually striking presentations for clients across industries.
Collaborate with design leads marketing teams and clients to understand business goals and deliver impactful storytelling through design.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines messaging and visual identity in all presentation materials.
Optimize workflows introduce best practices and ensure projects meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and AItools to enhance team productivity.
Conduct quality assurance checks on all presentation deliverables before submission.
Provide strategic input on presentation structures narratives and visual approaches for leadershiplevel presentations.
Key Requirements
79 years of experience in presentation design with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in designing highimpact presentations using PowerPoint Keynote Google Slides and related tools.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling infographics data visualization and typography.
Experience in managing a team including performance reviews mentorship and professional development.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with AIpowered design tools and technologies is a significant advantage.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to convey design concepts to nondesign stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Experience working in a fastpaced collaborative environment handling both projectbased and retainerbased clients.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or related field.
