Sopra Steria is hiring a Manager who will be responsible for the projects operation & maintenance of the facilities. To ensure that the services meets the needs of the organization and its employees. This position will essentially look after all the services that helps a business grow and evolve. This role will also be responsible for construction of new building & associated Liasoning.
As a Technical Facilities Manager
- Supervising teams managing various suppliers (including Comparison SLA LOI AMC and PO).
- Good knowledge of High Side and Low side Electrical HVAC systems DC and Hub room set up
- Ensure effectiveness of equipment and manage systems most optimally
- Overseeing any renovations refurbishments and building projects
- Manage a team of direct and indirect employees to manage M&E systems in the organisation
- Ensuring that basic facilities are wellmaintained and conducting proactive maintenance
- Work to improve the efficiency and costeffectiveness of the facility
- Dealing with emergencies as and when a situation arises and take appropriate action to avoid any business disruption
- Managing budgets & drafting maintenance reports
- Conduct facility Audits. Ensure that facilities meet compliance standards and government regulations
- Planning for the future by forecasting the facilitys upcoming needs and requirements
- Knowledge of Sustainable practices and ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45000 is desirable ..
As a Project Manager
- Candidate will have to take care of all aspects of project quality construction coordination & monitoring overall project control on parameters Preparing Project Plan take approval & of project.
- Leads and manages projects/operations consisting of multiple teams
- Estimation of quantities finalization of layout plans
- Constantly looking for opportunities to ensure best market price should have good knowledge about specification and market rates
- Coordination with consultants for renovation/construction of own buildings
- Use good judgment and skills to achieve the project goals within designated project constraints
- Perform QA/QC audits monitor & control all quality related aspects of the project.
- Implement Good Construction practices through site team & agencies.
- Carry out project progress monitoring & ensure adherence to scheduled timelines.
- Teamwork leadership and motivational skills
- Strong multitasking capabilities and skilled in MS Office
- Excellent communication coordination time management and organizational skills
Qualifications :
B Tech / BE (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) from a recognized university (fulltime)
Total Experience Expected: 0812 years
