Reporting to the Senior Facilities Management Manager the individual is responsible and accountable for the following
- Effective workspace experience and operations management for the market in line with CS strategy balancing performance cost and risk mitigation.
- Adding value to the team and to the business by providing effective vendor management and compliance management across the portfolio for the market which covers across all disciplines such as:
- Engineering
- Housekeeping/cleaning
- Maintenance and operations
- Sustainability
- Moves & Changes
- Health & Safety
- Small Projects
- Workspace Experience and Change Management
- Adhoc FM Special FM Projects
- Review maintain and develop facilities management contract(s) and has the ability to enhance supplier relationship(s) and support CSs partnership approach to improve performance and to develop strategic recommendation and amendments.
- Collaborate with and proactively manage stakeholders in the relevant Business Functions and within CS to support the integrated planning budgeting service enhancements and delivery for the Bank.
- Support the implementation of the CS strategy in the market country by collaborating with internal stakeholders through good understanding of client policies and procedures.
- Ensuring overall quality of services provided meets requirements and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction with wide range of CS services.
- Secondary point of escalation for the business where unresolved issues are impacting or are likely to impact on the banks business.
- Provide market backup and support in the absence of the Senior Manager for FM.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Facility Management Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in vendor management preferably in a facility management or real estate setting.
- Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and standards within the facility management industry.
- Broad knowledge of Real Estate Supplier activities and issues faced by large corporates.
- Sound understanding of how banks operate key challenges faced in the operating environment.
- Sound understanding of CNZ sustainability energy conservation measures and other business applications of sustainability improvements and solutions.
- Degree of expertise and knowledge in relation to supplier and or technical expertise within a real estate context.
- Role model and advocate for acting at all times in a way that complies with the Banks code of conduct ethics and stance on bribery.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in using facility management software and tools.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational planning and project management skills.
- Ability to:
- analyze complex data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
- to prepare high level presentations and summaries for senior executives
- to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
