About the Sales team

Quartr is internationalizing thesales team consisting of highly driven professionals selling disruptive products across various industry verticals. Quartr is growing rapidly with international clients ranging from toptier hedge funds and toptier asset managers to sellside equity research institutions and Fortune 500 companies.This role is located in Stockholm with three days a week in office.

What youll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Quartr you are responsible for managing and working closely with our current clients to support their journey in extracting the most value out of the usage of our products and experience best in class service.You are responsible for renewals with current clients and users as well as:

  • Demo and training sessions
  • Servicing our clients requests and trials
  • Extracting insights on the value delivered to clients to share with our product team to dictate the products direction
  • Work closely with our team of high performing Account Executives to identify upsell opportunities

What will help you succeed

  • Interest in the stock market and investments

  • A superior ability to create rapport with new people develop and maintain relationships

  • High energy with creativity and curiousity with adaptable mindset

  • Strongknowledgeof the Finance industry and aninternational mindset

  • Experience fromclient facing roles and customer orientation

  • Experience in working with SaaS products

  • Professional outlookwith strongambition andbusiness acumen

  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written

  • Previous experience from Customer Success roles is a plus

Note: you need to be based in Sweden with a valid work permit. We are also not looking for consultants or help from recruitment agencies.
