Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Development Officer

Location: Lagos

Salary: 600 800k

Industry: Oil and Gas

The Senior Business Development Officer will drive business growth by identifying new markets developing strategies and managing client relationships. Working closely with the Business Development Manager this role ensures business performance aligns with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies for business expansion and market growth.

Formulate and implement sales strategies to acquire highpotential clients.

Identify and generate leads engaging with stakeholders to drive business opportunities.

Provide access to key industry players track market trends and identify opportunities.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with clear outreach objectives.

Collaborate with teams to identify new revenue streams and upselling opportunities.

Develop and implement brand strategies tailored to the oil and gas sector.

Maintain client relationships through effective communication and engagement.

Work with internal teams to assess and execute new business ventures.

Acquire and manage partnerships with OEMs and technical partners.

Prepare reports on business development activities and track key performance metrics.

Lead proposal and tender development in alignment with client needs.

Requirements:

58 years in business development oil & gas sector preferred.

Bachelors in Business Marketing or Engineering; MBA is a plus.

Strong analytical client management networking and sales strategy skills.

Proficiency in MS Access MS Excel and MS Office

Networking public speaking client management

Proposal and tender Management
