The Staffing & HR Manager is responsible for managing HR functions including hiring and interviewing staff benefits and leaves. The following responsibilities duties and performance requirements are indicative of ongoing assignments to be managed or performed by the incumbent:
Manage talent acquisition process including sourcing (for tenders) and recruitment candidate interviews remuneration negotiation onboarding and offboarding.
Manager orderly transition of new staff members into the company and/or a project to ensure a smooth transition and a positive work experience.
Manage disciplinary measures and termination of employees in accordance with company policies to ensure that all employees are treated fairly and consistent with the companys values and labor laws.
Provide human resources support to respond to project challenges and requests.
Analyze current trends in compensation and benefits research and deliver competitive core and incentive compensation programs to attract and retain high performing talent in the organization.
Ensure that complete personnel files are maintained and up to date. This includes maintaining comprehensive personnel data analysis.
To address needs and concerns of staff build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels. This requires regular communication and facetoface meetings often involving site visits to site offices outside Riyadh.
Oversee the human resources platform to ensure smooth and clearly defined processes. This includes managing the medical insurance policy and prompt enrollment of employees and maintaining candidate dashboards commencing during recruitment and as a continuum over the period of employment.
Ensure that the job responsibilities and expectations are clearly defined taking consideration of both company and employees prerogatives develop position descriptions in coordination with line managers and project leadership.
Maintain compliance with Saudi employment laws and regulations and recommended use of best practices. Work diligently to review policies and practices and make necessary amendments if required.
Purse continuous improvement through assessment of trends best practices regulatory developments and new technologies in human resources talent management and labour law.
Qualifications :
Bachelor or masters degree in Human Resources Talent Management Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources management and/or Staffing.

Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft products (especially Excel).
Ability to prioritize tasks (with recruitment peaks) and work with activity peaks.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
