We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the development and execution of our companys IT strategy infrastructure and applications.
As the IT Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals to deliver innovative and effective technology solutions that support the companys growth and success. You will work closely with company leadership to understand business needs and create an actionable technological roadmap to achieve business objectives.
The IT Manager is responsible for all IT (Information Technology) aspects in the organization including needs assessment solution evaluation vendor selection and implementation as well as Integration with vendors. The IT Manager reports to the Director IT.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications :
5 years of developing a team of technical professionals across multiple locations experience
2 years in management role
Handson experience with help desk services asset management tools and project management tools
Proficiency in financial management including budgeting cost control and cost reduction strategies
Proactive in managing multiple projects and teams of resources concurrently in a fastpaced technology environment.
Expert level in Microsoft Office Applications and project management software tools
Continuous improvement mindset that works to prepare the company for the future
Bachelors degree in computer science business or a related field
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external partners
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to manage projects from conception to completion
Detailoriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment

Compensation: The yearly compensation for this role is $85000 $115000
