Job Description

The Master Data Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the foundation of accurate highquality data within the organization ensuring that data can be used effectively across various business functions. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy consistency and completeness of critical business data across systems processes and platforms.

  • Data cleansing and creation
  • Develop thorough understanding of future state ERP system design understanding business implications and interdependencies
  • Ensure the consistency accuracy and integrity of data across enterprise systems.
  • Support monitoring of data integrity process adherence and issue resolution during ERP golive
  • Ensure that critical data is readily available for analysis reporting and operational activities.
  • Participate in User Review Testing and execute business scenarios
  • Identify defects and issues
  • Entry maintenance and quality control of master data across various systems ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits and data quality assessments to identify discrepancies ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Work closely with various business units locally and globally to gather data requirements and address datarelated issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of master data processes workflows and standards for future reference and training purposes.
  • Provide training and support to endusers on master data management tools and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the master data management lifecycle.

Qualifications :

  • Associates or Bachelors degree
  • 2 years of experience in data management master data management or a related role.
  • Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts and practices
  • Experience in a hospitality setting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication motivation and multitasking skills


Additional Information :

Compensation: The yearly compensation for this role is $64350 $67000
