Join an exciting medical staffing company as an executive assistant/payroll coordinator. This position will be on site and you will work directly with the CEO of the company.
Duties include the following but are not limited to:
- Completion of medical provider timesheets and payroll
- Assist in the scheduling and travel of medical providers
- Assist in calendar management of company executives
- Organization of company contracts
- Other duties as assigned
A healthcare background with payroll experience is preferred
