Job Description
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Assist provider with exams and procedures administering medications and performing tests.
- Assist patients with aftercare instructions
- Triage and process messages from patients front office staff and providers.
- Clean and restock exam rooms
- Sterilize instruments
Qualifications :
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
- The ability to perform phlebotomy
- Candidates must consent to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Job Type:
- Fulltime: Monday thru Friday
Experience:
- 12 years work experience as a nursing assistant or medical assistant (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of medical terminology HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
