Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media networking and employee referrals to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates including resume reviews phone screens and inperson interviews to evaluate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process including scheduling interviews coordinating candidate assessments conducting reference checks and extending job offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives such as employer branding campaigns recruitment events and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment metrics including timetofill costperhire and candidate satisfaction to inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement.
