Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 7 years
  • Strong experience in endtoend recruitment including sourcing screening scheduling and hiring.
  • Strong working experience in in end to end recruitment IT Hiring.
  • Experience in sourcing profiles from different sources viz portals social media networking etc.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools for managing candidate pipelines and job applications
  • Handling middle level and senior level requirements in all verticals.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
  • Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job portals professional networks social platforms and referrals to find qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs determine job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies for each position.
  • Write clear and compelling job descriptions and design structured interview processes including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews.
  • Maintain an uptodate candidate database and track candidate information through our ATS.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates regarding job requirements expectations interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Manage job postings on relevant platforms and ensure they are attracting the right candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels (both technical and nontechnical).
  • Maintain and submit regular reports on recruitment progress including candidate pipeline offers and hiring metrics.

 


Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
