REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 7 years
- Strong experience in endtoend recruitment including sourcing screening scheduling and hiring.
- Strong working experience in in end to end recruitment IT Hiring.
- Experience in sourcing profiles from different sources viz portals social media networking etc.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools for managing candidate pipelines and job applications
- Handling middle level and senior level requirements in all verticals.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
- Assess candidate information including resumes and contact details using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation.
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job portals professional networks social platforms and referrals to find qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs determine job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies for each position.
- Write clear and compelling job descriptions and design structured interview processes including screening calls assessments and inperson interviews.
- Maintain an uptodate candidate database and track candidate information through our ATS.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates regarding job requirements expectations interview scheduling and feedback.
- Manage job postings on relevant platforms and ensure they are attracting the right candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels (both technical and nontechnical).
- Maintain and submit regular reports on recruitment progress including candidate pipeline offers and hiring metrics.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
