REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 10 years.
- Expertise in Workday HCM Modules including Talent and Performance Absence and Time Off Recruiting and Compensation (configuration and maintenance).
- Handson experience in configuring maintaining and troubleshooting Workday HCM Talent and Performance Time Off Recruiting and Compensation modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday best practices security policies and compliance standards.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies in Workday implementations.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workday Talent and Performance.
- Communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Collaborate with other IT leaders to ensure that workday Talent and Performance solutions are aligned with the overall IT strategy of the organization.
- Excellent project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements.
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture framework and highlevel design of the application for the developers
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility scalability security design patterns user experience NFRs etc. and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and nonfunctional requirements; and defining technologies patterns and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
