Role Overview
As an Associate Talent Acquisition you will play a key role in identifying attracting and hiring top talent. You will manage endtoend recruitment processes ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience while aligning with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the fullcycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and other innovative channels.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
What Were Looking For
03 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a dynamic team environment.
