Qualifications :
Educational qualification and work experience
Educational qualification: B.Sc B.Tech or B.Pharm.
Minimum work experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in batch formulation operations
Skills & attributes
Technical Skills
- Practical experience on Digital product management execution of endtoend product from Requirement to Release value stream mapping outcome delivery showcasing the ability to actively participate in and manage all the activities under product management.
- Proficiency in comprehending and overseeing Quality control operations in pharmaceutical manufacturing demonstrating familiarity with the processes involved.
- Practical expertise in Labware LIMS system design static data configuration support process and change management demonstrating the ability to effective implementation and ensure the business outcomes of Quality operations and processes.
Behavioral skills
- Effective listening skills ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Advanced Technologies Stakeholder management and change management.
- A keen eye for detail ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks.
- Awareness and sensitivity to deadlines ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot enabling effective problemsolving.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team fostering collaboration and positive team dynamics.
