Roles & Responsibilities As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Saakrun Group your responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive job analyses to understand the needs of hiring managers and developing job descriptions. Utilizing various sourcing methods to attract top talent including job boards social media and professional networks. Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that align with client requirements. Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a smooth process. Managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process providing updates and feedback as necessary. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to facilitate effective recruitment outcomes. Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve hiring strategies. Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this role candidates must meet the following requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements Candidates with the following skills or qualifications will be given preference: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Previous experience in a freelance or remote work environment. Familiarity with digital recruitment strategies and social media platforms. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the staffing industry. Compensation Competitive salary of 10000 per month. Location This role is based out of Gurugram Haryana India with the option to work remotely.
