Tasks
As a Customer Success Manager at Sonia you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting partnerships with healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers addressing queries concerns and needs promptly including subscription changes.
- Building and maintaining longterm relationships with medical customers both SMEs and Enterprise clients.
- Defining tracking and owning success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and outcomes.
- Identifying cross and upsell opportunities to maximize customer value.
- Collaborating closely with Sales Marketing and Dental/Medical teams to ensure seamless communication and consistent customer experiences.
- Monitoring industry trends and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and align solutions with customer needs.
- Onboarding new customers and delivering comprehensive training on our software solutions.
Requirements

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer success or medical roles with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its processes.
- Fluency in German (C2 or native) and proficiency in English; both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software Stripe and customer success tools.
NicetoHave Qualifications:
- Expertise in the medical landscape (specialized knowledge e.g. dental is highly valued).
- Prior experience in SaaS or HealthTech customer success roles.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and workflows.
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Medicine or a related field.
- Residency near our offices for occasional inperson meetings.
