Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sort wash dry and fold linens towels and crew uniforms according to company standards
Operate and maintain laundry equipment including washers dryers and ironing machines
Inspect linens for stains and damages and report any issues to the Laundry Supervisor
Maintain inventory of linens and supplies and place orders as needed
Ensure that all laundry areas are kept clean tidy and wellstocked at all times
Follow safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic working environment
Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed such as cleaning public areas and guest cabins
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred
Knowledge of laundry equipment and techniques
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical stamina to stand bend and lift for extended periods of time
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
