Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables
Present menus and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
Ensure tables are cleared and reset for the next guests
Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and dining areas
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
Teamoriented attitude with a willingness to assist others
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a preemployment background check and drug test
