Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in the dining area taking into account any special requests or dietary restrictions
Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the system accurately
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and organized dining area including setting and clearing tables
Assist with any guest inquiries or requests providing exceptional customer service at all times
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic dining experience for guests
Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Qualifications:
Fluent in German (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a cruise ship or hospitality setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working on a cruise ship
