Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain all public areas including but not limited to hallways lobbies restrooms and lounges
Vacuum dust and polish all surfaces in public areas
Empty trash and replace garbage bags as needed
Clean and restock restrooms with necessary supplies
Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department
Assist with setting up and breaking down public areas for events or activities
Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking when necessary
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment for guests and crew members
Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation of the ship
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and pushing heavy equipment
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
