ABOUT THE ROLE: The Area Manager will lead direct and manage the activities of the dialysis centers in order to further develop and grow dialysis activities in Limpopo region. This role reports directly to the Clinical Governance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct management of the client dialysis centers in Limpopo region as a whole.
- Align and cooperate with internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for the strategic facilitation and enforcement of high standards in customer service and satisfaction through training and oversight.
- Monitor treatment and financial performance against agreed objectives (top & bottom line).
- Strategize design implement and oversee operational processes for increased productivity and growth.
- Develop & implement a Sales & Marketing Strategy and tactical plans based on a thorough market understanding and analysis.
- Assume responsibility to build relationships within the regional nephrologist community existing relationships and to establish new prospects.
- Manage employee activities by collaborating with & coaching of the different team members.
- Align with and support our client in South Africa.
Requirements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven leader with excellent leadership skills
- Experience in managing a P&L.
- You have a successful track record in Sales Sales & Marketing Management or Business Unit Management with a minimum of 510 years of experience in managing an experienced team in a commercial setting.
- People management is your second nature with a focus on employee coaching and development
- Analytical results oriented and handson cando mentality.
- Outofthebox thinker.
- Stress resistant and feeling at ease in a constant changing market
- Experience in the Medical Device Field & uptodate knowledge of relevant industry tends is a big plus.
