Job Overview
We are seeking a resultoriented and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team at Vinayak Ingredients (India) Pvt. Ltd. This role entails identifying new business opportunities establishing strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in business development excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed. This is a fulltime position based in Mumbai Maharashtra India.
Roles And Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and promotional materials
Participate in industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge
Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Have handled international markets(US/Europe).
Qualifications & Skills
Only Bachelor's/Masters degree(Food science/tech or equivalent/chemistry/biochemistry/biotechnology).
PGDBM/MMS/MBA preferred.
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience is preferred
1 to 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Selfmotivated with a strong desire to succeed
Knowledge of the food nutraceutical or animal industry is a plus
