Role: Sales Development Representative

We empower SMBs with advanced tools to streamline their accounting bookkeeping and financial management processes. As we continue to expand we are looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Marketing to drive our growth and establish a dominant market presence in the US.

Role Description:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) your role is crucial in driving the international B2B sales efforts of our company. Your primary responsibilities will be to achieve revenue growth through effective client relationship management market research deal negotiation crossfunctional collaboration and reporting to support the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and execute international B2B sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
Build and nurture strong longterm relationships with key clients and industry partners to enhance customer satisfaction foster loyalty and increase retention rates.
Conduct indepth market research to identify potential opportunities market trends and emerging customer needs providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
Lead negotiations with customers and partners ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached and driving successful deal closures.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product and operations to ensure a customercentric approach throughout the entire sales process.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients showcasing the value of our products and services.
Monitor sales performance track progress towards targets and generate regular sales reports and forecasts presenting performance updates and insights to the executive team.
Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes optimize efficiency and enhance overall productivity in alignment with company goals.
Stay uptodate with industry trends market dynamics and competitors activities to remain competitive and drive innovation in our sales approach.

Requirements:
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and closing skills to secure key deals and strategic partnerships.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools leveraging technology to enhance sales process efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field. A Masters degree is considered a plus.
4 years of proven success in a similar role with a track record of exceeding international B2B sales targets. Experience in the finance industry is preferred.
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to interpret sales data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
