Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Account Executive with proven experience in the SMB SaaS space to help us grow our US business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success excellent communication skills and a passion for helping SMBs succeed. This role requires flexibility to work in US time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the US SMB market.
Identify qualify and close new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and customer requirements.
Maintain detailed and uptodate CRM records.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through effective followup and support.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in SaaS sales specifically targeting SMBs in the US market.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the US SMB landscape and financial SaaS solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines.
Highly organized detailoriented and customerfocused approach.
Flexible to work in US time zones to align with client schedules.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
