We are looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and helping others. Your role will involve connecting with potential customers understanding their needs and offering mentorship solutions that transform their careers.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and Outreach: Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calls new leads and webinar leads.
Understand Customer Needs: Listen to customer challenges and career goals to recommend our mentorship programs.
Explanation: Clearly explain the benefits of the mentorship program.
Close Sales: Convert leads into enrolled participants by building trust.
FollowUp: Maintain consistent communication with potential customers to nurture leads and build strong relationships.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
Feedback Loop: Provide customer feedback to the team to improve the sales process and mentorship offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication
Strong persuasive skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented mindset.
Familiarity with mentorship education or career coaching services is a plus.
Proficient in CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
