Job Description
- Manages the rollout according to the plan for the assigned Onboarding Sets and leads the TT members
- Acts in close alignment with the Transformation Coordinator to ensure a successful and efficient rollout of assigned Onboarding Sets
- Organizes and conducts meetings/workshops according the Onboarding Process
- Prepares and presents regular status reports identifies and mitigates risks
- 1st point of contact for Transformation Coordinator during onboarding
Qualifications :
- Minimum 23 years of experience in Project Management (Project Manager Project Coordinator or Transition/Migration Manager) in global environments
- Service Now knowledge is beneficial
- Proficient office computer skills MS Office; MS Excel; MS PowerPoint
- Fluent in business English
- Goal oriented independent proactive and structured working
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.
- Good written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail
- Teamoriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
- Solution oriented/ fast reaction
- Organized and methodic
- Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedule
