- Acts as an analyst in the execution of the onboardings within the Transformation Team
- Contributes with deep technical knowledge in the onboarding sessions with Service Offering Managers / Owners
- Supports in planning and execution of GoLives and Hypercare
- Exchanges with Central Team to evaluate requirements in regards to platform standardization
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a technical expert in a highpace project with global footprint and in requirements gathering/management
- Liaison between Transformation/Central Teams and Service Owners
- Deep Service Now and ITSM knowledge
- Previous experience in setting up Service Now/Rollouts
- Data model knowledge (CSDM training on the job)
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient
- JIRA nice to have
- Stakeholder management
- Service Now certifications nice to have (ServiceNow CIS Certified Implementation Specialist ServiceNow CSA Certified System Administrator or ITIL 4)
- Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedule
