Job Description
- Conducts onboarding workshops on process technology or organizational issues
- Manages communication of GoLives for the assigned Onboarding Set
- Supports in the creation of training formats and materials
- Verifies training documents/formats in regards to specific the Onboarding Set requirements
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Communication Expert or Trainer/ Learning Development as part
- IT/technical affinity
- Professional experience in the management and implementation of marketing and communication measures
- Strong communication organizational and planning skills
- Knowhow in visual communication such as video shooting and video editing as well as a good feeling for visualization and presentation graphics
- Know how in maintaining internal pages e.g. Confluence/Docupedia /Connect etc
- Proficient English skills German nice to have.
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule and working onsite
