HR Manager (Onboarding) Remote FullTime

We are looking for a proactive peoplefirst HR Manager (Onboarding) to lead and optimize our onboarding processes ensuring new hires transition smoothly into their roles while feeling welcomed informed and set up for success.
What Youll Do
As our HR Manager (Onboarding) you will:
Lead and Oversee the Onboarding Process: Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding strategy that ensures a smooth engaging and effective transition for new hires.
Optimize Onboarding Workflows: Identify gaps implement improvements and ensure best practices are followed to enhance the onboarding experience.
Develop Onboarding Materials: Create and maintain company handbooks training resources welcome kits and digital guides to support new hires.
Facilitate Orientation Sessions: Conduct virtual onboarding sessions that introduce new employees to company culture policies and expectations.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Align onboarding programs with departmentspecific training and performance goals.
Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Oversee preemployment checks contract signings policy acknowledgments and all onboarding paperwork.
Track and Measure Success: Use feedback and analytics to continuously improve the onboarding experience and enhance employee retention.
Coach and Support New Hires: Act as a trusted advisor to ensure employees feel confident and engaged from day one.
Lead a Small HR Team: Manage onboarding coordinators or HR assistants providing guidance and support where needed.
What We are Looking For
3 years of experience in HR with a focus on onboarding employee engagement or talent management.
Strong leadership and project management skills: you should be able to oversee multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities: youll be working closely with leadership HR teams and new hires.
Strategic mindset: ability to assess and improve onboarding processes to align with company goals.
Techsavvy with HR tools and platforms: comfortable managing digital onboarding systems and remote hiring processes.
Detailoriented and organized: youll be managing workflows compliance requirements and new hire experiences.
A peoplefirst leader: passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace for all employees.
