Job Description

Job Title: Coordinator HRIS

Overview: As a vital member of the HR Systems & Process team at Softchoice the Coordinator HRIS will play a key role in ensuring employee data is uptodate and accurate. This position is responsible for maintaining and updating HR data within SAP SuccessFactors ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Acting as a central point of contact for HR Business Partners payroll and other HR teams the Coordinator will manage position data process employee changes onboard employees in our HRIS and support organizational changes. This role also involves recommending and implementing business process improvements contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Enter and update employee data and compensation in SuccessFactors to support HR payroll compensation and benefits teams.
  • Communication: Manage internal HRIS email correspondence responding to work requests promptly and professionally.
  • Data Integrity: Perform data quality and audit checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR and Finance teams to track and monitor funded positions and their expiry dates within SuccessFactors.
  • Position Management: Set up and maintain position data in SAP SuccessFactors to align with the company headcount plan.
  • Organizational Support: Assist HR teams in processing organizational and headcount changes within SuccessFactors.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and support the implementation of business process improvements involving HRIS.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and update electronic employee files ensuring accurate and timely filing.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with HR Systems & Process team members on various SuccessFactors projects including performing user acceptance testing.
  • Audit Participation: Compile audit evidence and participate in thirdparty audits of HRIS information.
  • Adhoc duties: Other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

What youll bring to the table:

Bachelors degree or College Certificate is preferred within Human Resources (HR) Information Technology or a related field.

12 years of HRrelated work experience preferably in a medium or largesized organization.

Experience with HR Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and other technology like SharePoint and MS Office tools.

Well organized and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fastpaced environment.

A selfstarter who is able to work independently as well as collaboratively

Being detailoriented a problem solver and a critical thinker

Able to maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive information and adhere to Softchoice Code of Conduct
